- Prefer wearing comfortable footwear/clothes.
- Please stick to be in the group and follow instructions by mentor’s.
- Pixavince is not liable for any loss/damage of gear, valuables or any other losses during the events. Participants are responsible for their own safety.
- If you have any medical discomfort, please let us know before the event and carry medicines.
- Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited during the events.
- Pixavince has the rights to alter the itinerary or cancel the event in case of any unexpected change in weather or any unpredicted situations occur that are beyond our control.
- Participants must be on time for the event.
- Refunds on cancellations are based on the logistics for each event.
- Without prior notice, failure to attend free event will incur loss of one free event in subsequent month. Prior notice must be given at least 2 days prior to the event.
